Why is my TV yelling at me? A Modern Political Documystery #11 Since the election of Donald J. Trump: CAIR, Doomsday, Judges, and Raising Children

1/26/2017 Thursday, Day 10 Continued:

CAIR’s director says Presidents Trumps immigration policies are bad for America and that they promote fear and hatred. Big surprise. Its founders emerged from a separate Islamic organization that two courts have found played a role supporting the terrorist group Hamas, a Palestinian Sunni Islamic fundamentalist organization. CAIRs founders felt that stereotyping and defamation were preventing them from taking part in civic affairs. CAIR was founded in June of 1994 as an "organization dedicated to providing an Islamic perspective on issues of importance to the American public" In 1996 it held its first voter registration drive.

In 1997 CAIR wrote to United States Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist requesting that the sculpture of Prophet Muhammad inside the Supreme Court building be removed or sanded down. The court rejected CAIR's request.

On September 11 2001 the twin towers of the World Trade Center were attacked.

In October 2001 CAIR stated that it was opposed to the U.S. campaign in Afghanistan. In 2003 Randall "Ismael" Royer, CAIR employee, was indicted as a member of the Northern Virginia jihad terrorist network.

In June 2006 CAIR announced a $50 million project to create a better understanding of Islam and Muslims in the U.S., $10 million per year for five years, in a project to be spearheaded by Paul Findley, a former US Congressman from Illinois who preceded Dick Durbin.

In December 2006 California Senator Barbara Boxer (R) withdrew a "certificate of accomplishment" originally given to former CAIR official Basim Elkarra. Senator Boxer's staff had looked into CAIR and had concerns about CAIR's past statements and actions in addition to statements by law enforcement officials that CAIR was financing international terrorist groups. On October 22, 2007 the Holy Land Foundation trial ended in a mistrial. In the 2008 retrial all defendants were convicted. FBI Special Agent Lara Burns labeled CAIR "a front group for Hamas.”

October 21, 2009 U.S. Congressmen Sue Myrick (R) N.C., Trent Franks (R) Ariz., John Shadegg (R) Ariz., and Paul Broun (R) Ga. wrote Attorney General Eric Holder over concerns of CAIR's relationships with terrorist groups. A request was made that the DOJ provide a summary of evidence and findings which led DOJ to name CAIR an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism trial.

They also wrote House of Representatives Sergeant at Arms Wilson Livingood a letter the same day asking that he work with members of the Intelligence Committees, Homeland Security, and the House Judiciary to review FBI and DOJ evidence regarding CAIR's ties to Hamas, to determine whether they were a security threat, and to determine whether CAIR had interns in the committees' offices. On November 16, 2009 they wrote IRS Commissioner Douglas H. Shulman and asked that CAIR be investigated for excessive lobbying. Ibrahim Hooper, spokesman for CAIR, stated that CAIR always stayed within the legal limits for lobbying and if anything didn’t have enough staff to lobby as much as they legally could.

In November 2014 CAIR was listed as a terrorist organization. In the United Arab Emirates. They have been acknowledged by some as an Islamist public relations firm posing as a civil rights lobby. The Anti-Defamation League states that CAIR's work as a civil rights organization is tainted by failures to condemn terrorist organizations by name, past links to Hamas, and the presence of anti-Semites at some of its rallies. CAIR is a nonprofit 501 c3 organization with 33 chapters in 20 states, managed by board members from 50 American cities.

2017 year marked the 70th anniversary of the Doomsday Clock which first appeared on the cover of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists. The decision to move the minute hand is made every year by their Science and Security Board in consultation with its Board of Sponsors, which includes 15 Nobel laureates. Today the Nuclear Clock has been moved 30 seconds closer to midnight. It is now 2 ½ minutes until midnight. The Clock is ticking, global danger looms. “Over the course of 2016, the global security landscape darkened as the international community failed to come effectively to grips with humanity’s most pressing existential threats, nuclear weapons and climate change.”

It seems that part of the problem was the worldwide rise in nationalism in 2016 and that U.S. President Donald Trump had made disturbing comments about nuclear weapons and his disbelief in climate change. They also stated the president had a lack of openness to expert advice and had made questionable cabinet nominations to head the Energy Department and the Environmental Protection Agency. Of course they left out Russian interference, Cyber offensives, and deception campaigns that were designed to bring American democracy to its knees and Russian intentions into question.

Russia is building improved silo-based and rail-mobile missiles systems and the new Borei class of nuclear ballistic missile submarines.

In 2017 New Year’s statement Kim Jong Un declared he would soon test a missile with an intercontinental range. In 2016 Pyongyang achieved a rate of about two launches per month and in addition to those disturbing facts North Korea conducted its fourth and fifth underground nuclear tests in January and September, the later yielding about twice the explosive power of earlier test.

China is helping Pakistan build submarine platforms. Pakistan and India continue to expand and increase the sophistication of their nuclear arsenals while facing each other across the Line of Control in Kashmir after two Indian army bases were attacked by militants.

On the bright side, the Iran nuclear deal has apparently been successful in accomplishing its goals and in the wake of the landmark Paris climate accord global carbon dioxide emissions were essentially flat in 2016. How about that? I sure feel relieved.

1/27/2017 Friday, Day 11

9:30 am EST President Trump holds hour long phone call with Mexico’s President Enrique Peña Nieto.

UK Prime Minister Theresa May arrives at the white house about noon on Saturday. This is the Presidents first meeting with a foreign leader since taking the office. They had a photo op in front of the “missing” bust of Winston Churchill before their meeting and held a brief news conference afterwards. Obama had the bust removed and sent the gift back but it’s now right where it belongs.

In June the UK voted 52-48 to leave the European Union and they are very interested in trade relations with the U.S. However they aren’t allowed to renegotiate new trade deals before their final exit in 2019. Trump thinks Brexit will be a wonderful thing for the UK. At the press conference May stated that they have reaffirmed their commitments to NATO.

President Trump makes his first visit to the Pentagon since taking office during the ceremonial swearing in of former Marine Corps General James Mattis as Defense Secretary by VP Mike Pence. He then meets with Defense secretary Mattis and the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Do Judges make bad decisions? Crime on the bench

The Whitewater investigation began in 1994 with accusations against the Clinton's and others concerning improper campaign contributions, political and financial favors, and tax benefits. In the 1980's the Clinton's were involved in an Arkansas real estate venture that was linked to the collapse of Madison Guaranty Savings and Loan which was run by James and Susan McDougal, who along with former Arkansas Gov. Jim Tucker, municipal court Judge David Hale and municipal court Judge Eugene Fitzhugh were convicted of fraud.

A Governor and two municipal court judges were convicted of fraud, what does this have to do with today? Crime on the bench. Activism. People searching to work their way up through the legal system in order to circumvent it.

Judge Monica Herranz, a board member of the Oregon Hispanic Bar Association, provided assistance to 22 year old DWI suspect Diddier Pacheco by helping him escape her Multnomah County courtroom knowing that federal immigration where waiting agents to deport him.

Pacheco was alerted to the presence of ICE agents by his lawyer and of 3 possible exits, one provided for the public, and another used by the Sheriff’s Department, Judge Herranz made the decision to give Pacheco access to her own private entrance. This is a nonpublic exit used by the judge and the courts staff. She aided a wanted criminal by giving him access to an exit which led him to a staircase and a first floor exit giving him the ability to evade ICE and leave the courthouse undetected.

Federal law makes it a crime to “conceal, harbor or shield from detection” anyone including illegal immigrants. Herranz is still working in the Multnomah County courts and is under internal investigation by the Court Administration.

Since she openly defied and broke laws by knowingly providing aid to a fugitive she should have been immediately arrested and charged, as any of us would’ve been, and given a chance to defend herself in court. These are federal laws that were broken.

However it appears that ICE officials have told a U.S. Attorney in Portland that they are opposed to an investigation of the judge and he has declined to prosecute her. He declined to prosecute a judge who is openly defying and breaking federal laws. It would seem that there's all sorts’ power being mismanaged.

Not only should ICE stay out of affairs concerning the investigation of a sitting judge, no matter what the case may be, it actually seems to be out of place for them to have an opinion. In my own non lawyer opinion, they’re out of their realm of legal jurisdiction. Their opinions are not required by a U.S. Attorney. A U.S. Attorney that refuses to prosecute a sitting and still practicing judge who has admitted to breaking a federal law for whatever reason he may have is also in violation of federal laws and should also be removed from office.

None of these individuals are in an elected position or have authority to write, rewrite, create or recreate any laws. Citizens vote for representatives who meet and discuss legislative matters of concern with the consent of the people. Law enforcement's duty is to catch the bad guys, anyone breaking the law. The justice system prosecutes violations of law and applies penalties.

President Trump signed an Executive Order designed to change immigration policy and orders extreme vetting. United States refugee program is ordered suspended for 120 days to 7 countries: Libya, Syria, Somalia, Iran, Sudan, Iraq, which were named by Former President Obama as being terrorist havens and breeding grounds. There was no ban on travel from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Pakistan, Afghanistan or UAE although we know for a fact that most terrorists who carry out attacks in the U.S. either originate or are harbored in these countries.

Bin Laden was from Saudi Arabia and lived in Pakistan, the 9/11 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia and Egypt. The San Bernardino shooters were from Pakistan and the Florida Pulse nightclub shooters family came from Afghanistan.

This action by our President may be inconvenient for some but our national security is much more important than the individual. Anyone that truly loves and understands this country and our ideals will understand that national security comes first, without security and borders we have no nation. Israel has borders, walls, and guys with guns at the airport. Mexico’s President has stated that they don’t believe in walls, obviously, this is why they have been overrun by other countries.

Germany thought that letting immigrants in would help replace their unsustainable workforce, yet instead, immigration is replacing their cultural identity. There work force is unsustainable because their citizens are poor and can’t afford to support children therefore the birthrate is down. France, well what should I say? First a few immigrants the invasion by single military aged men on rafts landing on their shores calling themselves refugees then parts of your country where law enforcement can't go anymore. To dangerous, Sharia Law has taken over in these places. Wake up! This isn’t a temporary situation. You’ve been outright invaded.

We aren't Globalist and it's time to stop acting as if we want to be. We the people NEVER voted on giving up our sovereignty and many of us have served to protect it since the founding of this nation. Our government is messed up because we've had globalist in the White House for years. Remember Bush 41 and "A New World Order", Bill Clinton and the Clinton Global Initiative, Bush 43, and Obama?

Hillary Clinton would have continued their reign over the destruction in order to achieve their agenda. It’s not really about democrats and republicans anymore globalism infected both parties long ago.

Woodrow Wilson wanted to form a League of Nations but the citizens and congress rejected it. Now we have the U.N. and I’ll bet that less than 1% of the citizens no what they are doing and the headquarters is right in New York City! The media just doesn’t cover it. Why? Because if people knew about the changes going on and the possibility of having their nations laws and constitution rewritten because of a consensus of foreign governments they would be outraged.

And another thing I’d like to note is that United States citizens are different from "Americans" We have a unique blend of cultures and we’ve striven to maintain our independence. We became great by striving to remain united as a nation while independent of others. There are other nations that don't seem to be able to get it together otherwise they people wouldn't be fleeing their own countries resulting in the current invasion we are experiencing which has led to the cultural disruption that being inflicted upon us.

As a nation we have shown tolerance for years, yet our intolerant enemies have used our political correctness as a tool against us. If you argue with someone of a different color your racist, a woman and your sexist, anyone LGBTQ and you're a homophobe. Simply having a different view is intolerant in the view of some, whom in their delusions of grandeur, have apparently decided that they are morally superior beings than the rest of us. It appears as though the party which has claimed a monopoly on tolerance, the new rebellion, the resistance, has declared they will be tolerant no more!

The masses of protesters shut down traffic, disrupt businesses and communities so that they can party, see the pop stars, claim to have participated in their cultural duties as citizens, and ignorantly demand that which they already have. Some are bused in and paid and just do it for the money. They listen to the divisive propaganda delivered by paid performers and are too stupid to understand it’s a show tailor made for lemmings. But of course they would have to know what a lemming is.

Anyone under the age of 30 is easy prey as they most likely spend more time listening to the opinions of their friends and the idols they watch on TV. Watch late night TV and listen to the audience clap mindlessly. Most of these people can’t remember what our nation has accomplished in providing aid and security to the world because they either weren’t there or didn’t care. Yet they have what they consider to be very clever remarks regarding things that happened before they were even alive. Real control starts with controlling the youth. Indoctrination. The Nazi or National Socialist movement used the same tactics. Furthermore, excessive media coverage promotes it, or rather, the media promotes it for ratings.

If you have children of school age you should ponder this, a 6 hour school day means that 25% of the time someone else has the opportunity to instill their value system, beliefs, and morals upon your child. That doesn’t even include all the other, some genuinely well intentioned, individuals who as volunteers interact with them. I wonder how many parents are truly aware of what their children heard or did today. Every day I like to ask “So what did you get to do today?” It’s nice to hear their joys and discoveries in life. I want to understand their perspective. I also want to be sure they know that there are a multitude of people who care. If they feel uncomfortable or shameful with things they are being taught I want to know. Ever heard that phrase “Where did I go wrong?”

For the first three years of life brain development is at its peak and if you take the time to teach them they can easily be in a position to excel. This means that if you fulfill your parental obligations you won’t have to complain about class sizes and teacher to student ratios. So many parents are willing to spend money on games and gadgets to please their children but how happy will they be if you take the time to teach them to learn and be successful?

By age six you have pretty much defined your bonding and relationship with them and if you haven’t got the first part right you’re going to have even bigger problems than the parent of a teen that did it right.

I've always had a curiosity in regards to the bigger picture. Politics, finance, overthrowing governments through the use of organized media. I'm not one of the sheeple.

Why is my TV yelling at me? A Modern Political Doc
Why is my TV yelling at me? A Modern Political Doc

Much of what I’m about to present was the equivalent of a daily news journal I started two days after the inauguration of President Donald J Trump. Today, in the face of a continued disinformation campaign by the organized media, it seems desperately important to review certain facts. I sincerely hope those who read this find it both interesting and enlightening.
