The way and manner at which we address issues will determine to a large extent the type of reaction we get.
There is no doubt that we have people who are rude and irrespective of the way you speak to them, they remain rude and they handle issues in ways that are unreasonable.
But, when it comes with dealing with a sensible and reasonable person, the manner at which you speak to them is the reaction you get in return.

A lot of people boast over nothing and most times have nothing to offer, it is relevant that we learn to address issues in appropriate ways and talk to people in pleasant ways as this will help us get reasonable response.
Let us learn to address people in simple manners in order to get pleasant and reasonable response.
