Hand Gesture Control for PC – No Mouse Needed! 🖐🖥

By Ruslan Koroy | WhatToAnswer AI | 30 Jul 2025

Inspired by computer vision & ML, I built a Python-based tool to control your PC with hand gestures—using OpenCV, Mediapipe, PyTorch, and Pygame. Perfect for:
- Accessibility (hands-free navigation).
- Cooking (scrolling recipes with dirty hands).
- Work/tool use (when keyboards are out of reach).

Current features:
👉 Cursor movement
👉 Left/right clicks
👉 Scrolling

How it works:
1. Camera tracks hand poses via Mediapipe.
2. A lightweight neural net (PyTorch) classifies gestures in real-time.
3. Pygame translates gestures into actions.
