There are several factors that incides on the choice to be the best portfolio, but this depends on you and your esigence too.

• Security: security of your data, privacy ecc.
• Ease: you need to have all easy.
• Method of payments: more they have, more your choice
• Stats
• Functions: stake, coin swap ecc.

These are just a few motives for valutating the best crypto portfolio. 

But let's take a look on different portfolios.

I'll recommend Binance or Coinbase. 

Why? 

They are easy to use, are clear, secures ecc.

I tried different portfolios except this two, like trustwallet, mercuryo, wombat, but Binance and Coinbase are the best. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: You have to choose the best portfolio for you, i'll recommend and stop
