Many, if not all users, are currently unable to sell or close their crypto positions on the trading platform. Customer service and chat are also currently unavailable for many if not all. Hopefully this is not a sign that users will be depleted of monetary value within accounts.
This issue has persisted for some for many days and apparently there is no recourse.
If you can get in and take the $50 for the referral then do it. Otherwise, run away!
