So I have been a member of Dentavox for over a year and a half. If you don't know what this is let me explain. It's a website that pays users with the ERC-20 token DCN for answering surveys. It's nothing crazy in the amount of money. But I had collected in the past about 600 000 tokens and have been observing the price of raising seriously in the past months.
At some point, my holdings were about $150 which is not a bad sum so I was looking to cash out. So I went over to the website and completed several surveys in order to reach the minimum withdrawal of 90000 DCN. However I must say, those surveys have plenty of traps where if you don't really pay attention will fail and get banned. The surveys are themed around dental medicine and there is quite a lot of them.
In order to authenticate you need to complete KYC or use an authentication app called Civic that is just another type of KYC. I have been with them for over 18 months and after I requested withdrawal last weekend(about 10 days ago) I haven't heard from them - no DCN transfer and no mails. So I log in today and I see that my account is on hold, because of suspected fraudulent activity - impersonating someone, random clicks... And I am "Da Fak"...
And they are asking me to provide a link to my social media, selfies with stuff written to a piece of paper. My only idea why is this happening is that they don't want to pay anymore. I have no other clue what I might have did to trigger their alarm for suspicious activity.
At this moment I would advise against wasting your time there at least until I know why is this sh*t happening.
