Microsoft To Buy Activision for 68,7 Billion Dollars

The announcement was made on 19 of June 2022. Microsoft has set to buy Activision and that means all of the Activision Games like Call Of Duty and Diablo will be going into the Xbox Pass and under the Microsoft Gaming Section.

Activision will still Operate Independently special now that microsoft has Cloud and Mobile Gaming section open too. They will work under CEO Bobby Kottick

"Bobby Kotick, Activision’s longtime CEO, is expected to leave after the deal closes, according to people familiar with those plans. Microsoft had said in its announcement Tuesday that Mr. Kotick “will continue to serve as CEO of Activision Blizzard,” and that after the deal closes “the Activision Blizzard business will report to Microsoft gaming chief Phil Spencer. ” But the companies have agreed that he will depart once the deal closes, the people said.

The deal itself isn't expected to close until year 2023, with the acquisition expected to go through the standard regulatory review.

Lexus has a Sports Electric Car Prototype

Lexus has presented its new car concept on GoodWood Festival of speed, it was presented to the European public. It is look on the new all-powerful, high performance electric car that reaches its speed from 0 to 100km/h (60miles/h) in under 2 seconds.

Lexus BEV range

In the medium term the Lexus BEV range will consist of a Lexus BEV Sport with dynamic proportions and sleek lines inspired by the LFA. Additional models will include the Lexus RZ 450 e and the Sedan Carousel.

Netflix Charging extra money for users ?

Netflix will soon start letting standard- and premium-plan customers add accounts for up to two people they don't live with for an EXTRA MONTHLY CHARGE. These "extra members" will have their own profiles, personalized recommendations, and logins and passwords.
