What is the Schumann Resonance?
We call Schumann Resonance the set of peaks in the Earth’s electromagnetic spectrum in the extremely low frequency band (ELF).
The Earth generates Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) waves naturally due to the resonance of the region between the ionosphere and the surface.

It is the natural pulse of Gaia, Mother Earth, responsible for the balance of the Biosphere.
These Extreme Low Frequency waves vary in intensity and frequency, being emitted, among other causes, by the rays that are produced as a natural electrical discharge of accumulated static electricity, generating an electromagnetic pulse that expands throughout the planetary atmosphere, creating that resonance.
It has been proven that all vertebrates and our brain are endowed with the same frequency of 7.83 hertz, and that to be totally healthy we must be in tune with this natural biological frequency.
There are various sources that provide vibration for the creation and maintenance of these natural resonances.
Just as the human physical body has an electrical neural network, which generates an energy field that can be registered around us, on Earth there is an electromagnetic grid, which on the surface takes the form of a 2x2'5 meter rectangular pattern network, discovered by Dr. Ernst Hartmann, a physician from the University of Heildelberg (Germany) in 1954.

This is the approximate main frequency and then there are resonant harmonics at 14.1 Hz, 20.3 Hz, 26.4 Hz, and 32.4 Hz.

For thousands of years the heart beating of the Earth has had this frequency of pulsations and life has developed in a relative ecological balance.
Gaia, the living superorganism that is our Mother Earth, is finding ways to regain her natural balance, altered by the action of industrial civilization disconnected from Her.
The current evolutionary change, with the irruption of the fourth dimension, has brought greater intuition, elevation of spiritual consciousness and a disruptive collective synchronization with the biorhythm of the Earth.
