I will write about Publish0x in this post, a social platform where you can earn cryptocurrency by reading or sharing blog-style posts. Perhaps, some of you have shared posts on Publish0x before. Those who do not know Publish0x yet, may become a member of it and start sharing after reading the post.
Publish0x is a social platform where authors share blog-style posts as on HIVE; however it is not decentralized as HIVE. Therefore, the rewards of posts (cryptocurrencies) are met from the advertisements received by the site owners. There are two types of membership on Publish0x. The first one is a membership that earns rewards only by reading posts, and the second is a membership that earns income by both reading and sharing posts. You need to get approval from the Publish0x administrators in order to open a blog and share post. I referenced my blog on HIVE to simplify my job. To share a post, your content must be original as on HIVE. You must also cite the source for anything such as quotes, images that do not belong to you. Your account could be blocked in case of plagiarism or signing up from multiple IPs. As you see, before publishing, Publish0x wants you to confirm whether the content belongs to you or you have permission to share.
The reward system in Publish0x is quite different. You can call it donation or tip. There is a button at the bottom of each post on Publish0x where you can choose how much percentage of vote you want to give for author. You can give max. 80% or min. 20% of the total tip to an author with this button. The remaining 20% or 80% is transferred to your account. You can change the tip rate as you wish. Based on your voting rate, the system sends ETH and AMPL coins to your own account and to the author's account. The right to tip is 10 per day. You must wait ten mins to tip for another post, one day again for the same post. Thus, there is no deadline for tipping. All the coins recieved are funded from Publish0x's rewards pool. Therefore, there are no concepts such as reputation and voting power on Publish0x. The types of coins you earn can changed from time to time by Publish0x.
I met Publish0x by chance in August 2020. Since August 2020, I have been active on Publish0x almost every day, reading posts and using my daily tip. I also share some of the posts on Publish0x, which I have shared on HIVE. You can earn additional income from your posts on HIVE in this way. As far as I have seen, the rewards from the posts varies between $1 and $5. Posts mainly about the topics such as cryptocurrencies, blockchain and DeFi are written on In Publish0x. There are very valuable posts that are informative, I try to read them whenever I have time. If you share post on these topics, you could earn much more.
I really like Publish0x's interface in terms of writing, reading and voting. Unlike similar platforms, it has a live interface. Also, I did not have any problems with the payments, so far I have withdrawn ETH, BAT, LRC and AMPL to my wallet. Although the amounts of cryptocurrencies were small, they were fully sent to my Binance wallet. This shows that Publish0x is a safe platform.
Since posts mainly about cryptocurrencies and the crypto world are shared on Publish0x, posts other than those do not attract much attention unfortunately. I think that the posts about other topics should also be supported so that Publish0x will be a more colorful social platform with more members.
