Some of VOX's objectives include prohibiting political parties, combating what they call "climate religion" and gender ideology, and dismantling regional parliaments. They also seek to protect national sovereignty, reduce bureaucracy, and limit the power of autonomous regions. VOX proposes tax cuts, the protection of national symbols, the repeal of the Democratic Memory Law, and the removal of sexual education content from classrooms without parental consent.

They advocate for Spanish as the primary language of education, oppose positive discrimination and quotas, and emphasize family rights and benefits. Additionally, VOX aims to crack down on illegal and criminal migrants and illegalize fundamentalist mosques.
