Smoke billows and rises, a warning of the surge, As my anger intensifies, a relentless urge. The earth quakes beneath me, a trembling ground, As I struggle to contain, this wrath profound.
But deep in my heart, a glimmer of reason, A plea to find solace, a tranquil season. For within the chaos, there's a desire to heal, To tame the volcano, let forgiveness reveal.
And so, I take a breath, a moment to reflect, To cool the molten lava, to redirect. For anger, like fire, consumes and destroys, While forgiveness and peace bring infinite joys.
I release the rage, the fiery eruption, Embracing serenity, finding interruption. For within me lies power, to choose my response, To quell the volcano, find peace in the nonce.
So, let the volcano subside and retreat, Embracing compassion, a calming heartbeat. For in the stillness, I find strength anew, Transforming the anger, to love that's true.
