I yearn to capture the present, to hold it tight, But time slips through my fingers, like ethereal light. It dances and eludes, an elusive wisp, Leaving me yearning for moments I might have missed.

In the face of time's passage, I find a choice to make, To embrace the fleeting moments, to live fully in their wake. For though I cannot hide, nor stall time's gentle pace, I can savor each second, each moment, in grace.

I'll relish the sunrise, the colors ablaze, I'll dance in the rain, letting worries erase. I'll cherish the laughter, the touch of a friend, For these are the treasures that time cannot mend.
