Have you ever been in a hot air balloon?

I haven't, but several times in my life, I've been lucky enough to live in a good spot to capture occasional festival fly-bys.

Here are two more which passed our home one morning here in Wyoming.
I heard the familiar sound of hot air balloons again and grabbed the camera to run outside and see what I could capture. Here are the results.

Apparently, there is a hot-balloon festival of some sort locally every summer and we just happen to be living close enough to the flight path to capture these awesome pictures for you! They were landing at a local high school only a mile or so away from us, so yes, we are really in the best place to see them.
