What is Vibration? Does everything have a vibration? I’m not referring to the vibration of your cellphone, or the ‘vibration’ from what you found in your moms nightstand drawer growing up (Personal experiences I guess). I’m talking about the vibration of everything. The phone or computer you’re using to read this article is moving, or ‘vibrating’. The chair or couch you’re sitting on is vibrating. Everything around us (including you at this very moment) is moving and in a constant state of vibration! Stay with me here and we’ll dig deeper into how your vibration will get you the things you want!

 

The Law Of Vibration

 

When I say 'Vibration' I’m referring to how everything in the universe moves, vibrates and travels in circular patterns. The same principles of vibration in the physical world apply to our thoughts, feelings, and desires in the physical world. Every person, every thing, sound, and even thought has its own vibrational frequency, unique unto itself.  The vibrational frequency that you resonate at will attract more of that same frequency into your life, “As like attracts like“. This is why when everything is going great, things just continue on that way. On the other hand, when everything is going  wrong,  it always seems to get worse.! The thoughts we continue to think about, and hold in our minds, will create our future.

 

Vibration Is Everything

 

The Law of Vibration states: Everything in the universe moves in a circular manner, not only in the physical world, but our thoughts and desires also move in a unique vibration frequency. Each thought and feelings has its own unique vibration pattern, and it will combine with those which possess identical vibration pattern. Our thoughts are connected to the rest of the universe, and if you choose to have more good thoughts, more good things happen!

Have you ever noticed that when you're in a good mood, everything seems to be going your way? Call it being in the zone, or a 'state of flow', but you're dialed in, and nothing can stop ya. What about when you're feeling crumby and low? I know when I feel down, I can't get out of my own way. Every single thing I do seems to go wrong, and I keep getting more and more down hearted and low. 

 

Thoughts Become Things!

It’s estimated we have over 10,000 thoughts per day....who knows how many we really have though! One thought, or one million, it doesn't matter. When you think about the bright side, and view the world as glass half full then you start seeing those results. Starting seeing things from a 'doom and gloom' perspective and things typically turn out that way! What thoughts do you hold in your mind? Do you dread going to work, expecting it to be a grind? When you get home from work do you expect to fight with your partner, or think about how badly you'd like to find your soulmate?

I'm sure you've heard the phrase "perspective is reality", and it's true. Every one of us views the world through different lenses, but each of us have the ability to change our 'prescription' and start viewing the world differently. Reframe the situation you're in, and find a positive in whatever it is you're doing! 

Perspective Is Reality


Think of it this way: You’re going out on a date and you want a new outfit to match the way you feel (About a 12/10 right??!?!!?). In your mind you have the perfect shirt in mind, and you know exactly what it looks like. What’s next? You start shopping until you find “The One”, that one perfect shirt you've imagined! But what if all of the stores you visit don’t have exactly what you want? You can see a tailor and tell them exactly what it is you want. The tailor will make it exactly how you pictured it in your head. (Or go on fiverr and have someone do it). That’s a quicky example, but that is just one of the ways that thoughts become things.

We can choose to view the world as glass half empty or glass half full. The way we choose to view the world is the way it's going to be. See the good in everyone, and go about your day expecting 'good' things to happen, or..... choose to think everyone is out to get you, the world is dangerous and scary, and no matter what you do it will never work out? We are in charge of our thoughts, and we get to decide how we view the world!

 

How To Raise Your Vibration

What makes you happy? What puts a smile on your face? What makes you feel good? That's how to raise your vibration!

When someone asks "how are you?"....there are countless ways to respond, but when you boil it down it's either 'good', or bad'. When we respond 'good' it's just another way of saying that you're in a high vibrational state! When you feel grumpy, angry, mad or upset it's because you're in a low vibration state. The vibrational state you're in is what attracts the people, things, and circumstance into your life. The hardest part is being mindful enough of how you're really feeling, and going about your day in a calm, relaxed and smooth way.

When I start feeling low, or I can tell I'm in a 'low vibration', I think about the things I'm grateful for. Multiple pairs of shoes, wifi, the ability to think and type this article, owning a computer to write this article on. No matter how bad things are, they could always be much worse. 

Simple Ways To Raise Your Vibration:


  • Force a smile: I know this may seem a little silly, but if you're feeling low and need a quick pick me up this is essential. Force a smile on your face when you're feeling low or down and see how your mood changes dramatically. Do it now and see how much more you enjoy reading this! :D

  • Drink Water: Another simple solution, and super beneficial. Drinking water does more than just raise your vibration. Staying hydrated aids digestion, flushes toxins from your body, carries nutrients and oxygen to cells, and regulates body temperature. Dehydration leads to migraines and fatigue, so drink up!

  • Move around: Get your heart rate up and your blood flowing! When you move around and get active you get happy. Motion creates emotion right? :D Strech, do jump jacks, push ups, sit ups, whatever gets your body moving. The hardest part is just starting, but I guarantee once you're done....you'll feel better!

Vibration Secrets


Vibration and the laws of attraction are both universal laws. The fact we can’t perceive them with our 5 senses does not make them any less true.. Everything around us is vibrating, and we are resonating with those vibrations. We attract and bring into our lives the same things we constantly think about.

Ralph Waldo Emerson said this: "A man is what he thinks about all day long"
