Binance Smart Chain 

In September 2020, Binance Launched its Smart Chain Mainnet  it is compatible with Ethereum Virtual Machine. works at speed of  3 seconds per block time and the fee is cheapest when compared to ETH at the moment.

Binance Announced a huge $100 Million Accelerator fund. For this Initiative 180 Projects are applied to get the grants.  Binance CEO, Changpeng Zhao stated that this Accelerator Fund was mainly designed to support the development of quality DeFi projects that will contribute to building the industry’s infrastructure and finally  Binance  announced the first phase funds for 6 projects. 

 Out of 180  projects Binance picked 6 Projects

• Arkane Network
• BakerySwap
• Bitquery
• PancakeSwap
• Proxima 

Each Project will get $350,000. Binance stated that they choosed this project on the basis of  overall vision, team and product viability, execution ability, and contribution to the overall blockchain ecosystem.

PancakeSwap is leading at  number one as liquidity provider  on Binance smart chain based on volume, number of active users and also contributor of gas fees.
