Recommended course of action (Under 50, no heart, obesity or immune conditions): Build your immune system, take vitamins, supplements like Lion's mane mushroom, whole body animal bone & organ extract etc. Perhaps consider buying Remdesivir & Chloroquine before the media runs a mass story about it. Being able to recover properly is more important than prevention & halting your lifestyle. A pair of gloves for public & social distancing of around 9 feet is all you truly require. Avoid sickly, coughing, sneezing individuals & large crowds/gatherings. N95, p100 or other masks highly recommended around groups or confined spaces like public transportation.
