Perhaps like me you find one your properties and
wonder "Why did I buy that?"
I don't do this enough anymore but writing a simple
paragraph when I blow a quarter-million upx in 2
minutes (2 hours of travel not included) helps me see in
the future whether I'm on track or learning what not to do.

Today I found myself with 400,000 upx. It took weeks
to accumulate it and 2 minutes to spend it.

Decided to split it into 2 ideas, minting floors and
buying some now-hated Manhattans. Ended up with
2 nicely discounted Manhattans, one in Hell's
Kitchen and one closer to midtown. Add 10 Detroit
mints and 8 L.A mints. Now after a few hours of
being upx poor again, my today spree was for value
(minting) and for quality (Manhattans). Ill look back
at this in a few months and if this spree
works.
