The game, Hamster Kombat, which operates on the Telegram platform, has revealed its development roadmap for the remainder of 2024 and into 2025. A key highlight is the introduction of a Web3 gaming platform aimed at expanding their game portfolio.

In the final quarter of 2024, Hamster Kombat will incorporate external payment systems, roll out new games within the Hamster ecosystem, and introduce NFTs as in-game assets.

The Hamster Kombat team is confident that their collaboration with players, industry developers, and their own technological expertise puts them in a "unique position" to successfully develop this Web3 gaming platform, easing the overall development process.

Hamster Kombat unveils its 2024-2025 roadmap.

Since its launch, Hamster Kombat has rapidly gained popularity, amassing 239 million users within the first 81 days and now boasts a global user base exceeding 300 million.

On September 23, Hamster Kombat announced an airdrop event, in which 131 million users (43% of the total) are eligible to participate. Alongside this, the development team has banned 2.3 million accounts for fraudulent activity.

To tackle the issue of player retention after the airdrop, Hamster Kombat has adopted a token value preservation strategy, with 11.25% of the tokens being vested and unlocked 10 months after listing. The team anticipates the token’s value will rise in tandem with the project’s growth.

In December 2024, Hamster Kombat will also introduce its own advertising network, with the revenue generated used to buy back and burn tokens and reward players. This buyback is designed to stabilize the token price, while the token burns will reduce supply, potentially increasing value due to scarcity.

Looking ahead to 2025, Hamster Kombat has outlined plans to launch an NFT marketplace, host competitive clan championships, and initiate the second phase of their airdrop event.
