Opensea launches support for Optimism

Layer 2 Blockchains on Ethereum are going hard right now; it's one of the main reasons I'm still "optimistic" about ETH as an investment. Polygon constantly hits the mainstream news with partnerships IRL (Starbucks, Disney, Opensea, etc.). Optimism (OP) hits the news this time, with Opensea adding support for the Layer 2.

Already, over 100 OP NFT collections have been added to the largest NFT market. Apetimism, Bored Town, MotorHeadz, Optichads, Early Optimists, Optimistic Explorers, and Optimism Quests are just a few of the collections now available on Opensea. Click here to visit the Optimism Collections.

Optimism Mainnet Launched in July 2021, but didn't see a rise in adoption and mainstream use until one year later. In August, OP saw it's token price hit a high of $2.21. It has since sunk down to it's current trading price of $.89. Juxtapose this too MATIC trading at $.74 at the moment, with an all time high of $2.92. It would be wise to keep an eye on these two! More to come on that.
