As today is election day in the United States it is on a lot of people's minds on how it will wind up in favor of either major political party. There has been and will be doubts cast about the legitimacy of the election. This will come form both sides of the political isle as it has in all of the national elections since 2016 (you could count the 2000 election of Bush with Gore denying the legitimacy of the election the start of this phenomenon).

I don't care who you vote for, if you vote, or don't. Democracy is not at stake. Democracy is exactly what it is about, voting to help one side win and the other lose. Since the elections over the past few years the supreme court had shifted due to a certain party winning the presidency.  That is what a democracy is, vote them in and they do what the voters want!  How wonderful is that!  I say this even if my party loses. Balance is key.

On to the point.  I think today matters, not so much about the policy stance on either side of the political isle for cryptocurrency, rather who will provide more stability in the world. If a party continues to be anti-law and order, it creates social instability, which creates social doubt, which creates financial uncertainty.  If we are lucky, no matter who wins the majority of state and national house and senate chambers, they will bring back stability.

If we continue to give away free money and rack up debt as a country, that is not good for stability.  In the long run, that may make cryptocurrency more viable, or it may destroy it. We will see. Right now we need stability in a national sense. We need to feel safe, that our hard earned money buys more, not less. When these things happen, we will see a bull run like none other.  

Today matters because we need the adults in the room to win!
