I am reading and watching things regarding cryptocurrency with utter amazement in the past few hours!  

Yesterday I wrote about my thoughts on why the elections in the US mattered for cryptocurrency. I think it was an accurate assessment of the situation. I know todays crash has nothing to do with it, but today was unexpected in terms of the cryptocurrency crash.

Solana was one of the next cryptocurrencies I was going to explore in regard to whether or not I was going to invest into it. Now, I am not sure. Do you buy the dip, if this is even a dip. This feels like the Terra Luna debacle, that there is no reals substance in Solana like I thought. I now am not sure what to think. 

A 40% drop so far today!!! WOW

All of this preceded by the fact that FTX is basically insolvent, and needs Binance to save it.  In the long run this appears to be that it will be good for cryptocurrency as a whole, take out the trash, and only the strong survive. I have been writing about my thoughts on various cryptocurrency projects since I began my journey of discovery. My basic premise has been to invest into things that have a solid foundation.  Does Solana have a solid foundation?  I am not sure.  I hear and read comments that it was propped up by FTX. I am not sure if that is true.  If the rumors are true that Binance does not need Solana, that Solana was propped up by FTX. It is over. If not, Solana will be a nice solid buy at this time. 

We will see where this goes. What a fascinating ride. I am so happy today I have nothing invested in Solana, I may not be so happy tomorrow if I don't "buy the dip" as they say. I just don't think I can take that risk as of yet. I will have to do some more research into whether or not Solana has a solid foundation.
