I have always been a fan of this crispy noodle snack. In fact, I can finish one packet in one sitting if not for my on-the-ball wife stopping me. So, of course, I bought one big bag and took it to Kumamoto. Shima togarashi literally translates to island chilli pepper, so you can be sure that its hot and spicy taste will give your taste buds a gentle lashing. My four-year-old boy acted like a champ.
