Going around Lake Toba on a scooter is not a problem, because the road around it is quite decent. The problem, however, is the weather, which is very capricious in the rainy season. One minute the sun is shining, and the next we have a cloudburst.

The roads then become impassable, and streams full of mud and stones flow through them. However, we were a bit lucky and the rain only sprinkled us lightly.

The route is not boring, because the landscape changes at every turn. It is very pleasant, and the water in the lake effectively lowers the air temperature.

Trasa nie jest nudna, bo krajobraz zmienia się za każdym zakrętem. Jest bardzo przyjemnie, a woda w jeziorze skutecznie obniża temperaturę powietrza.

After several dozen kilometers of travel, we encountered an unusual obstacle. A funeral was set up on the road, which is said to be the norm in these regions.

Po kilkudziesięciu kilometrach podróży napotkaliśmy na nietypową przeszkodę. Na drodze bowiem rozstawił się pogrzeb, co podobno jest normą w tych regionach.
