Strange price and volume anomalies in KuCoin on REAP / USDT

This is the weekly chart taken from REAP / USDT's kucoin.com.
As you can see on April 1st and April 17th at the same time, that is 18.00 Italian time, there was a big price hike, with increasing volumes.
From about 0.14 to about 0.98 on April 1st and from about 0.11 to about 0.87 on April 17th.

Surely it is a controlled operation!

What do you think, does anyone know something? Thank you.
