Now I need to understand: I've been a member of Torun for some time, having done my missions and exceeded 500 XTM, I asked for withdrawal which was refused as you can see from the email they sent me in the photo. I did a translation of the email into Italian but I couldn't quite understand the reason.
I wrote an email to get clarification, but they didn't reply. I got banned and I can't log in anymore.
Could someone explain to me why. Thank you.
