Today I will give a brief overview of some of the glitches and bugs that have been a daily occurrence on the TORUM website. This is part 2 of an open series.

Logging In: Often when logging in to TORUM, the spinning loading icon will persist for many minutes. Sometimes clearing the browser cache helps, but sometimes it makes no difference. There have been maybe 10-14 days during 2021 that I was unable to log in at all, for the entire day.

Claiming Daily Tokens: Similar to logging in, when you click the CLAIM button the spinning loading icon will sometimes spin endlessly. Again, sometimes clearing the cache helps, but often it doesn't help. I have had anywhere from 15-20 days during 2021 where I was unable claim my daily task tokens. What a waste of time.

30 Day Bans: Recently there has been a large wave of daily users who have experienced a 30 day ban, along with the threat of being permanently banned from Torum. I discussed my ban in Part 1.

Broken Affiliate Links: At the time of writing, my affiliate link hasn't worked in over 60 days, and who knows how long before that. I recently read of a user who was using his affiliate link to register hundreds of new users over a 6 month period, only to realize that he was not receiving his XTM referral rewards for any of the new signups. I will try to update this article if that changes and he is rewarded.

Broken/missing buttons: Many a morning I've logged in to TORUM to see certain buttons/tabs missing, or when I click them I get the never ending loading icon spin. Sometimes these buttons are broken/missing for days or weeks at a time. You can read about these issues on the TORUM website, if you are able to find a team member who has posted updates to these problems. Locating these team members isn't always easy, and I'm actually having trouble locating these updates. Which leads to the next broken feature of TORUM...... 

Broken Search Bar: At the time of writing, TORUM's search bar has been broken for 3 weeks or more, I believe. Maybe a month.

Weekly Token Claim: The weekly token claim function is unreliable, and often resets from Day 6 back to Day 1, when it should actually read as Day 7 thus allowing you to claim your weekly rewards. This probably happened to me once or twice a month throughout all of 2021, and still continues even now. (Shoutout to TumbleWeed_ for reminding me to include this broken feature)

As described, the TORUM platform is an absolute mess, and if it weren't for the daily rewards, I wouldn't waste ANY more time on it. But I will keep my personal views about TORUM to myself as I'm not here to offend the project, only to point out the obvious flaws.
