Sex is an integral part of a relationship. People who are in love naturally have sex and research has shown over time that a sexual relationship is a healthy relationship.
The benefit of having sex in numerous to your health and this include but not limited to the following;
- Make you stay very active.
- Help you to sleep very well.
- Put you in the right frame of mind.
- Boost your self-confidence.
- Makes you look naturally healthy.
- Emotional stability.
The list is endless.
For those who are celibate or abstaining from sex, or don’t have the opportunity of a good sex, they fall under those suffering from lack of sex and hence as common with reaction from any form of deprivations, they largely suffer to a large extend to some underlying stuff that prevail over their daily health routine.
The followings are common side effects of not having sex;
- Emotional instability
- Constant and regular mood swings
- Lack of sleep
- Suspecting any genuine intentions towards them
- Inability to see through their actions.
The list is also endless.
It is not in my place to encourage you to go on sex escapades but a little bit of your time on the internet will help us appreciate what we stands to benefit, lose or risk by engaging in constants sex or refusing to have sex.
I have gotten my own positive share of having sex, and my gains are two lovely children and the third one is on the way. So for the married couples, you know how to get yours, but for those still parading the face of the earth looking for good sex, always use a condom.
