As you know I love to cook and am always experimenting with new items and things I may find. So for me one of the things I absolutely love is Indian food. The different curries and spices always makes it more appetizing. So I decided to share with you one of my recipes. You may tweak this to your liking.
Chicken Tiki
What you need:
8 boneless chicken thighs
1 15oz can crushed tomatoes
3 cloves garlic rough chop
1 onion
3 tbsp. tomato paste
3 tsp Indian spice
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup rice
2 tbsp. lemon juice(fresh is the best)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
What to do:
In pot add onion, tomatoes, paste, garlic, Indian spice, pepper to the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 9 hours.
Next add the cilantro, lemon juice and mix.
Cook the rice according to directions.
Next add the cream to the pot and then serve on top of the rice.
Top with chopped cilantro.
Enjoy.
