Yesterday I wrote about Bitify. Bitify is Ebay on crypto and is worth a look if you like the idea of auctions that accept Bitcoin ot Litecoin for payment. Today I decided to check out the listings a little closer and read some of the seller feedback. Here is what I found:
1.) In the collectibles category the listings are from two sellers, one in Israel and another in the USA. I chose the search option "Verified" and I did a random click on ten different items and found the seller is the person from Israel with zero feedback. Items ranged from coins, to Menorahs, to decorative plates, to dolls. After I unchecked "Verified", I got the seller from the USA. He is selling various sew on patches. He (or she) has a 100% feedback rating with three sales reporting.

2.) In the Precious Metals category, using the "Verified" search option, I found two sellers from the USA selling various collector coins and tokens. One has a 100% rating with 737 sales reporting and has been a member since 2014? The other has a 99.3% rating with 134 sales reporting and has been a member since 2013? Hmm . . . sounds like feedback has been imported from another site. When I uncheck "Verified" nothing changes so both sellers are verified.

3.) In the Crypto Mining category there are no verified sellers. When I uncheck "Verified" I get two sellers from the USA and Canada, one with a 50% feedback rating and one with 100%. One a member since 2016 and the other 2019. Both are selling Bot Scripts.

4.) The Crypto Coins category seemed to have the most listings. Using the Verified search option, I got four pages of listings. When I unchecked it, I got six pages of listings. Many listings were something like receiving a bonus of crypto if you use their software to transfer your bitcoins. Does anyone want to try this and report back on your success?

Maybe someday when I see something worth taking a small chance on, I might try a purchase and report back with my experience. According to their site, they have a 30 day buyer protection and a money back guarantee. From what I see, it looks like there are some legit sellers there and I am going to register as a seller at some point and see what happens. However I do think that their 4.5% seller fees are a bit high.
