The Declaration Promises

Included in The Declaration of Independence is the statement…

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.“

As stated these rights are unalienable. Which according to merriam-webster.com means "impossible to take away or give up". There are a couple of unalienable rights that I would like to talk about.

Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. First on the list is the “Pursuit of Happiness”. Nothing in this Declaration promises that everyone will be happy. It promises the ability to pursue happiness.

Sometimes life is hard. Our attitude regarding our circumstances is our choice. It is not the government’s responsibility to make everyone happy. It is the government’s responsibility to allow us the opportunity to pursue happiness. The best way for them to achieve this is not to impose more regulations and control, but instead to get out of the way of law-abiding citizens.

The Democrat-Fascist politicians want you to think that everyone can be happy and that THEY can make everyone happy. This is an IMPOSSIBLE feat. There is nothing that anyone can do that will make everyone happy. Happiness is an individual’s responsibility.

The next thing I would like to talk about is “Life”. The Declaration of Independence says that our Creator has endowed us with the unalienable right to life. Life does not begin after a baby is born. Life begins at conception. We aren’t “suddenly alive” after we leave our mother’s womb. 

For a woman to say “My body my choice” is a fallacy. The baby she is carrying has its own mind and body and deserves a chance at “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”. Her choice was before she got pregnant (Except in the unfortunate case of rape).

This photo is of a Baby’s hand reaching out and grabbing the finger of a surgeon during an operation. This happened two months before it was born. It’s obvious that the baby is alive. Life had already begun.

Even our justice department acknowledges the life of an unborn child. When a pregnant woman is murdered, the murderer is charged with a double homicide, the mother and the unborn baby. Why is it different when only the baby is murdered? We need to speak up for those unborn babies that are unable to speak for themselves. I pray the Supreme court makes the right decision with the current abortion cases.
