We’ve all heard the phrase, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results.” Under normal circumstances, I would probably agree with this statement. But, I believe that anyone who has ever dabbled in computer programming would disagree. How many times can we do the same thing and it won’t work. Then we come back later and voila… it all works. Maybe the application has a bug. Sometimes rebooting the software or even the computer will fix it. But other times, it will just work.

I realize that there are times when it is something small that we are doing, but I also know there are times when it is not what we do, but the computer that is doing “something different”.

I decided to write this at the time I have struggling to do something that I did just yesterday and it worked perfectly. Now, for whatever reason, it doesn’t want to work at all. I thought I’d share my frustration with those of you out there that can relate.

Thank you for reading. I hope you enjoyed my little rant.

Have a blessed day!
