The transformation going on now with our jobs is highly commendable. It raises concern yeah but it also makes life easier. 

We have a lot of automation, bots, etc to handle some tasks. The majority of people are now working remotely. So the goal now is to level up and explore the future of work. 

We need to keep learning and upskilling. I take new courses almost every week, attend workshops to attain knowledge, get new certificates and adapt to new technology trends. 

 People are taking more freelance jobs, more contracted jobs because it’s flexible and financial freedom but it takes self-discipline, a hustling spirit, strong online presence, and good networking skills. 

Technology can be leveraged from literally anywhere in the world, so a lot of companies are becomingore open to it. 

So my advise is, position yourself for the ever-evolving work force.
