So this is a question I have been pondering now for a few day as I have slowly been publishing articles here on Publis0x. What is it that ultimately gets people to decide to give you a tip or not.
At the start my articles gained very little traction. But as I published more and more this slowly changed. And my articles started to get more eyes on them. And with the amount of eyes on them slowly the tips started to creep up. But then suddenly the amount of views took a nosedive. But the amount of tip I got did not take as large of a nose dive. But they seem to hold at a somewhat steady level despite if the number of eyes that read or looked at the article fluctuated.
Was this a sign that I have found some core loyal readers that enjoy and find my content useful and engaging. Maybe. I do not want to be to hopeful. But there is a chance at least. =)
I decided to branch out a little anyway, despite me maybe finding some core readers. So I started a second blog. This time giving me a much wider field of subjects to cover. At least compared to the first one I created. And I posted my first article. And it sort of has done the same numbers as my first ever article. So I am starting to wonder if the site goes on a blog to blog basis, instead of a creator basis. Or maybe my new subject maybe was just not interesting or engaging enough. So I guess I will have to see what happens with this post. As I plan for this to be the second post on my new blog of things I find interesting.
If you are a blogger here on this site, or any other site for that matter. Pleas let me know of your experience. And hopefully we can grow as writers together. Well I at least hope I will as I see I have a lot of room to grow with regards to both blogging and writing. So talk to you in the comments.
