Michigan State Univ. signs w/ Theta EdgeCloud

Michigan State Univ (MSU) joined Theta EdgeCloud for AI research. Some would say following Univ. of Oregon's lead in terms of utilizing Theta's AI offering.

MSU's Secure and Intelligent (SEIT) lab will leverage Theta's distributed GPU offerings to improve innovation in AI, Distributed Computing and CyberSecurity. Lead by Professor Qiben Yan where he conducts cutting edge research many areas such as AI Privacy, Resilience in Blockchains and Cybersecurity to name a few. These efforts have captured the attention of the US National Science Foundation and USENIX Security organizations.

Summary

Theta has massive momentum in Southeast Asia academic circles and now that Theta has two Tier 1 US universities all sharing Theta's massive GPU clusters.
