Hello again, I hope you are well and you want to cook because here I present you a new recipe

=)

Ingredients for 2 servings:

180 g pasta (macaroni)
Salt water
100 ml Soy Cuisine (soy cream)
100 g of sour cream (24% fat)
125 g mozzarella, light (8. 5% fat)
N. B. Milk
some cinnamon powder, some pinches
Salt and pepper
Paprika powder
100 g tofu, finely crumbled
1⁄2 onion (s)
1⁄2 carrot (s)
1 clove (s) of garlic
1⁄2 cubes of vegetable broth
1⁄2 parcel tomato (s), passed or piece
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Oregano
Thyme
Basil

Preparation:

Boil the macaroni in boiling salt water for 4 minutes (they should only be pre-cooked). For the Bolognese, chop the onion, garlic and carrot finely and fry in olive oil. Add tofu and continue to burn. Add the tomatoes and broth cubes and season well with salt, pepper, thyme, basil and oregano. Let the sauce boil until it is thick. It is important that the sauce is spiced well!!! You can also prepare well the day before and use it cold for further processing.

Drain the pasta with the bolognese into a baking dish, first pour the bolognese into the mould. Spread the soy cream over it. Coat with the sour cream and sprinkle thickly with cinnamon powder. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread over the casserole.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Pour in as much milk at the edges as possible until the edge of the pasta is reached. Bake in the oven at 220°C for 45 minutes on the second rack from above.

And now I wish you a good appetite =)
