Many think that to be happy you have to add, but the reality is that to be productive, motivated and effective you have to let go, as they say... less is more! Original im src
We arrive at the end of each year full of commitments, stress and many times even disappointments and during the holidays, we even go all-in by adding tons of food, gifts and activities to all this; it is normal that body and mind then decide to rebel.
What if the cards on the table turned? This year we could try to start the year lighter by letting something go... how about that?
Reflecting, I decided to lighten up on these 5 things, obviously everyone can choose his own, what I write is personal but I think it's quite adaptable eh eh!
First of all I decided that I will let go of the perfectionism that creates a giant paradox: it makes us waste a lot of time in activities that we shouldn't even do or that, at best, we could delegate, maybe to someone who could do them even better than us hehe hehe!
At the second point I put my fears; everyone has their own monsters to defeat, and like me, I guess you don't either
you will be exempt; Of course I know I won't be able to let go of them all at once, I'll focus on a couple of them... I'm for the little steps policy that makes for great trips!
Third thing to let go are many things together... useless objects!
Sometimes we don't realize how many useless things there are around us, and how they can negatively affect us... then we get rid of them and as if by magic we feel lighter!
Fourth, I want to drop the need for approval.

The quote speaks for itself... taking a path off the beaten track inevitably exposes you to criticism; let them come exploit the useful ones ignore the presumptuous ones but in any case never let your ego get attached to any of them.
Last but not least, since this is not a ranking, I've decided to abandon any excuse!
We must never make the mistake of turning a temporary stop into a definitive defeat; I have decided that in the new year I will call everything with its own name, it may happen that I lose some battles, but I never give up!
