Dear Court Manager,

I was told verbally on Friday 07-05-2021 by an unidentified staff member at the Westminster Magistrates' Court of Record, to expect to be served with proceedings, issued by the Croydon Magistrates' Court of Record with the above reference number.

To date, I have never been served, with any proceedings, Issued by the Croydon Magistrates' Court of record, nor any other court.
The evidence suggest, that the authority of the HMCTS, has been falsely and repeatedly used, to harass my vulnerable family, to cover up discrimination, child sexual abuse and other crimes. https://www.mylondon.news/news/local-news/ex-councillor-caught-indecent-images-children-5977587 

DEMAND
Please confirm, if the Croydon Magistrates' Court of record, issued proceedings against me.
And if so, provide me with a copy of the information which was laid to issue the proceedings, and the evidence that I have been served.

I look forward to your prompt response as my freedom and liberty is affected. As recommended by Trading Standards and criminal law. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
