                           FURTHER NOTICE AND DEMAND  22-09-2021

Dear George Candler (CEO)

In response to my notice and demand of since September 24th , regarding violent threats, harassment and illegal eviction, and following your failure to act, I received correspondence from your office today,  where it states and I quote:-

• “Alleged illegal evictions I refer to your recent email on 20th September 2021, and my previous letter of 25th August 2021. As previously advised, from the information you have provided, I can see that Paratus AMC Limited, a company involved in the provision of interest only mortgages amongst other things, applied to Northampton County Council for possession proceedings, and further a warrant of possession in relation to debts owed by you.
• The correspondence pack you have provided in not fully complete, but I can only assume that this possession was granted by the County Court, on or around the 2nd March 2020 for the recovery of debt amounting to £80,481.48. This appears to relate to a Northampton County Court claim reference of F00NN686.
• I have confirmed with Northampon County Court that the documents have been correctly issued by the Courts.
• This is therefore not a matter over which the Council has any legal remit, and therefore regret that we are unable to provide any further assistance with this matter. From the information that you have provided, this appears to be an authorised possession matter between yourself and Paratus AMC Limited.
• I can only suggest therefore that you seek independent legal advice regarding this matter and its resolution. The Council will not enter into further communication regarding this matter, having given its advice regarding your means of resolution above”.

TAKE NOTICE

• I have never provided you with any material, stating that I am indebted to Paratus AMC Limited, and you are either mistaken, or lying to abuse your position to assist in a violent proven pedo-sexual gang, stealing property and counterfeiting court documents. And you are fully aware, that I have never been served, with any proceedings, Issued by the Northampton County Court of Record, nor any other court.
• You have not attached any material, to verify your false statement, that the case numbers 9PA59209 AND F00NN686 are authentic, and were Issued by the court, via legitimate proceedings. And you are fully in the know, that the N49 document supplied https://bit.ly/basswar , is not a court document, but a counterfeit, downloaded from the internet here, with a false court stamp built in http://wbus.westlaw.co.uk/forms/pdf/cpf02133.pdf Which verifies, that I have never been evicted, but unlawfully deprived, pursuant to 1 of the Protection from Eviction and Harassment Act 1977, awaiting restoration by the enforcement authorities, ie – George Candler (CEO). 
• And the Police Constable PC 1193 agreed yesterday, that I was never lawfully evicted, and dropped charges against me for occupying my house, which means others MUST be prosecuted for violence and counterfeiting of a Court Instrument (Fake Warrant) – Seven Years prescribed imprisonment, per item – 135 County Court Act 1984.
• Your assumption is not acceptable, and the evidence suggest, you are covering up known illegal eviction, theft and violence. And you carefully excluded the fact that the lander confirmed in writing, that they have no record of any debt owed, and on which a claim could be possibly Issued by the Court.
• The Chief Executive of the Council, has full remit, and is personally liable under a penalty of perjury, for the false statements, where you have no material whatsoever to back up. Acting as an accessory by withholding services, in conjunction with Ranjit Thiara (Lightfoot), Paul Phillip (SRA), Nick Adderly (Chief Constable), Kevin Sadler (HMCTS). • All the legal advice I received, including the police, state that there is no warrant, Issued by the Court, and it is the statutory duty, to prosecute the offenders, as per the case of Norton V Whittle and the Chief Constable of the Greater Manchester Police.
• My fees to each man and woman, acting as Tortfeasor, is One Thousand Pounds per day, from inception of the crime, to final conclusion, in addition to criminal sanctions.

DEMAND

• Please provide me, with a copy of the Notice Of Eviction, which was served on the Local Authority, regarding this alleged lawful eviction proceedings.
• Provide an office copy, of the alleged Warrant, Issued by the Court, and executed by the appointed county court bailiff, along with the statutory inventory for my belongings, legal documents + DATA, on which you cancelled the council tax, or admit you knowingly made a false statement. And assist me to block the criminal gang from further violence, and make arrangements to restore me forthwith, as the law commands.
• Provide a copy of the Council’s Anti-Fraud Policy, along with a copy your liability Insurance certificate which covers me from Negligence, Fraud and Malpractice.

Ø  In case you are unwilling or unable to comply with my request, provide the reason.

Ø  Implied admission by the absence of a response.

Ø  This NOTICE will be used in evidence.
