NOTICE AND DEMAND

Dear CEO, 10-03-2020

Your staff member replied on your behalf, as it appears, with the intent to abuse your position, to fob off the criminal activity, being that you are acting in violation of the Abettors and Accessories Act 1861. Where he stated and I quote:-

1) I know you have directed your email to our Chief Ombudsman Caroline Wayman, but as she does not handle cases directly, as I've said before, I have responded as the investigator on the previous complaint (21924300) you brought to our service.

2) I note in your email you make mention of the previous complaint and that we refused to request documentary evidence from AMC Paratus Limited. I would like to refer you again to my email of 18 November 2019, in which I explain our role, my thoughts and the rules that apply to our service, and invited you to respond and confirm what you would like to do with the complaint. I received no response from you by the deadline I gave, and no request for an extension. So the complaint closed, and due to the length of time that has passed we wouldn't now look to reopen your complaint and consider it again.

3) I do note though that your email may refer to how AMC Paratus Limited have used your data, which was not what was considered previously, or mentioned as one of the 5 points you made, and I outlined, in the email of 18 November 2019.

4) Any new complaints will need to be made to AMC Paratus Limited directly first, and it has eight weeks to consider the complaint and provide its final response. If you are not happy with the final response, or eight weeks passes and you don't receive their response to your new complaint, then you can come back to us.

TAKE NOTICE

1) As the CEO, and the responsible and accountable individual, who bears Vicarious Liability, under the Companies Act 1985, and The Fraud Act 2006 s.12, for the acts and omissions of the staff and agents of the Entity known as the FOS or any other name.
2) A matter cannot be “CLOSED” when you made no attempt whatsoever, to investigate the documentary evidence, and crime has no time limit.
3) At any moment, when you uncover criminal activity, you must activate your reporting responsibilities.
4) You are in possession, of the complaint file Paratus AMC case: RES5873135, which commenced on 28/09/2018, requesting proof of claim. And to date, neither Carolyn Wyeman and your staff, have made any effort whatsoever, to obtain proof of claim, or proof of debt. Which verifies, that you the living woman, Carolyn Wyeman, is an accessory.

DEMAND
Please clarify, what is the procedure rule of the CEO, when you hold evidence of evidence, proving Forgery, Fraud Upon The Court and violence as at January 13th ,2020.
 In case you are unwilling or unable to comply with my request, provide the reason.
 Implied admission by the absence of a response.
 This NOTICE will be used in evidence.
