Afternoon folks

Today I bring you my new fractional gram bar.
1 gram or 15 grains of .999 fine silver. I picked this up from the Hive Bullion Exchange for 4.5 HBD.
It is in a sealed plastic sleeve that I think I'll be leaving them in there for now as they really are tiny.

This is my 2nd gram purchase of silver, again at a very high premium compared to buying the full oz coins.

The look of it is what attracted me to it. I hadn't seen this kind of thing before so I added it to my purchase for a little extra bit of coolness.
No idea what I would ever use it for but it has a kind of seriousness to it that I liked.

Being in the UK I didn't really need to check out Patriotscoin.com but they have a pretty cool site and some good value stock on there. If you are that side of the world it might be worth checking out. Never used them so sadly cannot vouch for them, but this silver piece does look pretty cool.

After having bought a few gram bars now I do see the appeal of them from a collector's perspective.
They are bloody idiotic to buy if you are wanting pure value for money from your silver.

I doubt I'll buy many more until my 1 oz coins get to around 20 of them. Which is a bit of a way of for now but I still have time to keep stacking.
