The Kanaloa Network has launched its first "make an offer" auctions on SOTA Finance. 

Offering two retro-style Kanaloa poster (1 of 1) NFTs, Kanaloa opens two slots for new characters in the beloved "Kanaloa Legends" NFT series to the community. The future owner of these NFTs will submit his or her character design to Kanaloa’s team of artists who will turn their idea into a character model included in future pages of the NFT book. 

How to participate: 

Participants can bid on the exclusive NFT’s using the "make an offer" function on Sota.Finance. After the closing of the auction on Sunday the 19th of September 2021 at 6:00 PM CET, the team will accept the offers by the highest bidder respectively. Afterward, the winning bidder will be asked to contact the Team to set up further steps.

Kanaloa Legends - a short overview 

The Kanaloa Legends are one of the cornerstones for community building within the Kanaloa Network. The progressively released NFT pages are drawn by the established comic book artist team Don Mark Noceda and Bryan Arfel Magnaye explore the world of Kanaloa’s planet-sized monsters in a Lovecraftian horror story. The dark-themed but lighthearted tale has quickly built a fanbase within the crypto space, selling over 130 pages within the first few weeks! 

Next to the entertaining factors of the Kanaloa Legends, the network is exploring new ways of releasing IP-protected works onto the blockchain with this series being the first of many planned in-house produced properties. Additionally, the pages are partially used to feed the fee redistribution pools once the network is live, meaning partial income from these NFT sales are directed into monthly KANA buybacks which then get redistributed to stakers, supporting the network overall.
