Traveling can be fun and at the same time stressful. Always what do I need to pack. Clothes obviously depending on the weather where you going too. Other than the obvious things. What else should be in your bag. Traveling by car one can always pack the house. LOL! Traveling by plane there is a limited on the weight allowance. Arriving late at your destination can be a disadvantage. Restaurants maybe close. Stuff like instant noodles or cup of noodles are quick, simply and easy to prepare. Just need hot water and a bowl or cup.
A luggage scale is small lite weight devise. It only weights a couple of ounces. Great to ensure that the baggage doesn’t exceed the weight limit. A few pounds over can cost a $100 at the airport.
Some time it get cold on a plane no matter what time of the year. This is why I recommend a jacket.
Toothbrush, mouthwash, soap, hand wipes never know when might have a long layover.
Not all flight serves a meal or snacks. Take some kind of factory seal snack, like crackers or cookies.
It best to carry all electronics devices with you, i.e., computers and phones. Sometime check baggage gets lost or miss the flight. Also not allow in check-in luggage.
All batteries and power packs, including the batteries for computer and phone should be in your carry-on baggage. Some type of batteries may explode in a depressurize compartment where the luggage is store on a plane.
Never carry anything sharp on a plane. If you need a knife, put it in your check-in luggage. Liquids, use a Zip Lock baggie, this is in case of spillage.
Limit to 100 ml of most liquids. For the mouthwash that only 2 to 3 uses. Allow now to carry a larger container of the hand sanitizer.
The TSA (Travel Security Administration) website have a full list of what can be carry on a plane for both carry-on and check-in baggage.
This just a few things that we always keep in our luggage. Things that we found helpful.
Don’t forget your documents, passport and ID.
