Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well!
Here, we're going to discuss various works of literature, novels, and philosophies.
We're starting our series with White Nights.
{By Fyodor Dostoevsky.}
In the real world, where happiness has completely vanished due to overwhelming loneliness—with no partner, not even an acquaintance to connect with—our protagonist finds solace in non-living things.
He observes others, contemplating their lives as they head home from a hectic day's work, eager to spend time with their families.
He makes assumptions about people's social class and residences by merely looking at their baggage and even discerns the "mood" of houses, believing them happy with their fresh coats of paint applied by the owners.

This profound sadness constantly surrounds our protagonist. Yet, a moment of happiness finally dawns as he walks near the embankment, singing a tune silently in his mind. He then spots a girl a short distance away; she appears to be crying, but his voice can't reach her. A little while later, he encounters the girl on his path.
They talk, and they promise to meet each other again at the same time and place.

"That's the first chapter of White Nights. I tried to talk more about the author's loneliness, but it's just an essence from the novel. I tried to do make it simple and as a summary.
Next, we will talk about the conversation between him and Nastenka.
Next discussion will be here soon, like & follow to boost my morale. Need more books to read donate if you like.
