Coronavirus self-isolation - Day 8

Coronavirus self-isolation - Day 8

By Heruvim78 | The longevity gene | 28 Mar 2020

I wake up early, waiting for the doctor phone appointment. I was waiting the whole day, and at 17.55 before they close i called them to check. They said the doctor called my number and it was nonexistent. I checked the phone number and it was perfectly right, so I do not know what happened. But i will check with them again on Monday. Maybe they explain to me and clear me to go to work. I was just doing stuff around the house. I planted a raspberry tree in the garden (my brother bring it for me) and some sunflower in the front of the house. i worked a bit on the Diabetes course. I made myself busy at the computer for a while, and i make a soup from scratch after that.Late in the evening, around 19.00, i went to buy some food in a shop nearby that was open up to 22.00. No one there, except the 2 people at the till. I did my shopping fast and went home. I should be ok now for the next four days. I found everything i needed but no the toilet paper. It is quite funny, sh**ty times are coming.

And i went to bed early. After this weekend i may go back to work from Monday. At the moment in UK  there are 14,543 cases, 759 deaths and 135 fully recovered.

Wish you all well!

And when i say longevity i mean a bigger health span, as opposed to the well known life span. It is not enough to live longer, if you are not healthy, so do not forget what our immortal James Dean said: 'It is important to die young, but as late as possible!'. I will explore many unorthodox ways, ranging from gut microbiota manipulation to ancient Ayurveda ritual, trying to combine them in an ample resource, from which you can get and apply whatever is better for you at the present moment.
