Coronavirus self-isolation - Day 5

By Heruvim78 | The longevity gene | 24 Mar 2020

Today I wake up early. i had all my supplements and medication, a nice breakfast and i was just sorting out bank related stuff for the whole morning. I had a very short walk outside and i come back. While lunch was cooking i went out in the garden and did some stuff that i was supposed to do maybe one week ago. I sorted out the garden, clean it and trim some bushes. The self-isolation doesn't feel oppressive yet, so it is not difficult at all. I was thinking to put some chairs and a table in the garden for a cup of tea or something like that, while i can stay outside and read. I will see what furniture i still got in the garage. Still very cold in the evening, so my only window to relax outside will probably be around noon.

In the afternoon i watched 'Ghost' (Demi Moore, Patrick Swayze and Whoopi Goldberg, all of them very young - ah, the memories). After that i had dinner with my partner and just relaxed a bit on the phone and watching TV. i was also working a bit on my Diabetes course. I have the deadline on 2nd of July, i am sure i will finish it much earlier. For the first time, we have lot of time available. And i was close to think at the beginning of this year that the time has no patience anymore. Everything was advancing so fast. From a spiritual perspective, it was not the time, only our perception that changed. It seems that a huge shift is happening in terms of awareness and not only. It is so good to see so many people helping each other and doing random acts of kindness. Too sad that we needed this crisis in order to change ourselves.

Now i am just finishing my blog posts, after few episodes of Boruto, and i will go to sleep. Tomorrow is another day, and the possibilities are unlimited.

Be safe, be kind!

And when i say longevity i mean a bigger health span, as opposed to the well known life span. It is not enough to live longer, if you are not healthy, so do not forget what our immortal James Dean said: 'It is important to die young, but as late as possible!'. I will explore many unorthodox ways, ranging from gut microbiota manipulation to ancient Ayurveda ritual, trying to combine them in an ample resource, from which you can get and apply whatever is better for you at the present moment.
