Coronavirus self-isolation - Day 4

By Heruvim78 | The longevity gene | 23 Mar 2020

Today I was sleeping until late. Wake-up at 11.00, and then i was just relaxing a bit, had a light breakfast and did my strength training as home. Went out across the road to buy my last sandwiches from Subway, as they were closing today for an indefinite period. I know, just a treat for myself. Only one other person seen on my way there. I heard that McDonalds and every other similar shop are closing starting from tomorrow. Eh, i do not like too much the other fast food outlets. But i was thinking a some vegan meatballs sub. So i had it. After that i was just pampering myself. I did enough cleaning the last few days. So, shower, hair wash, nails done, shave (i had a Captain America style of beard and it was too much) everything done. Then i had my sandwiches as a meal and i played a game or two of League of Legends. I declared today a relaxation day. After i finish with few blog posts (i did the one about the microbiota already, i am a bit excited now, soon i will do the posts about prebiotics, probiotics and synbiotics - from Greek word symbiote, think Venom from Spiderman).

Now I am in the mood for some anime, I have some catch-up to do with Boruto and Black Clover.

Wish you well!

And when i say longevity i mean a bigger health span, as opposed to the well known life span. It is not enough to live longer, if you are not healthy, so do not forget what our immortal James Dean said: 'It is important to die young, but as late as possible!'. I will explore many unorthodox ways, ranging from gut microbiota manipulation to ancient Ayurveda ritual, trying to combine them in an ample resource, from which you can get and apply whatever is better for you at the present moment.
