By Heruvim78 | The longevity gene | 29 Apr 2020

Today i wake up early, at 6.30 am and i made myself busy until 11.00. After that i went back to sleep until 15.00. Did my sthrenght training, Spanish and guitar. Ate a bit more healthier, played few games, watched a movie. My immunity seems to decrease a bit, so i need to boost it in the next few days.

I will give you something to think about now.

Four forces are revolutionizing and creating superpowers:

1. Neurology - replace mythology. More room to roam.

2. Technology - give us scale and versability.

3. Psychology

4. Pharmacology - nootropics.

Word of the day:

Anamnesia - reminds what we forgot.

Flow create powerful intrinsic motivation, cuts path to Mastery up to 500%, increase happiness.

Types of flow profile:

Hard charger

Deep thinker

Flow goer

Crowd pleaser

Anchors that keep you down and get you out of flow:

Harried - relentless inner critique

Hurried - often stressed, rarely present

Flat - gap between desired goals and current reality

Questions related to the anchors that stop your flow:

What's it costing to your life?

What's it costing your work in the world?

What's it costing the people you love?

How much longer until you get out of your own way?

Coronavirus stats

As for today, we have 3,138,115 cases globally, with 1,173,740 closed cases (out of which 217,970 (19%) deaths). We are getting over 3 millions cases, but the mortality percentage is still at 19% (22% mortality 2 weeks ago). Keep in mind that 1% of 2.5 millions is 25.000 less deaths, so this is huge. In UK we got 161,145 cases and 21,678 deaths. But the UK deaths number is only about the deaths from the hospital, and any other external death is not included. Anyway, they said on TV that they will include all the other deaths on the tomorrow statistics. Now this is a big step in determining how bad we got with this affair. So in fact the number is much higher. In my town there are 424 confirmed cases and 88 deaths. This is a big increase of cases for my little town.

And when i say longevity i mean a bigger health span, as opposed to the well known life span. It is not enough to live longer, if you are not healthy, so do not forget what our immortal James Dean said: 'It is important to die young, but as late as possible!'. I will explore many unorthodox ways, ranging from gut microbiota manipulation to ancient Ayurveda ritual, trying to combine them in an ample resource, from which you can get and apply whatever is better for you at the present moment.
