Coronavirus self-isolation - Day 24

Coronavirus self-isolation - Day 24

By Heruvim78 | The longevity gene | 13 Apr 2020

I finished my 5 days time allocation. Interesting results, i sleep for 43% of the time, use TV/phone and PC for another 33% and relax for 5% of my time. I train physically for 10% and learn for 7% of the time. Out of the PC usage, around 10% is done to do work related stuff. But then, this is self isolation schedule. When i work, i have something like 33% sleep, 33% work and the whatever is left divided between training, learning and necessities (eating, shower, cooking etc). I will redo it once i start work to compare.

So, i had another day with nothing different in particular (learning, TV, PC, washing the car, cooking, eating, daily walk and so on). I did may mandatory training online and that's it. I start to feel the routine seeping in and i need to start to do some different stuff. 14 days left until my wages are paid, and i am very curious to see how much i get.

At the moment we have 1,917,699 cases globally, with 562,280 closed cases (out if which 119,113 (21%) deaths). In UK we got 88621 cases and 11329 deaths. In my town there are 208 confirmed cases. I think tomorrow we will hit the 2 million mark of confirmed infected people worldwide.

Stay safe and see you soon!

And when i say longevity i mean a bigger health span, as opposed to the well known life span. It is not enough to live longer, if you are not healthy, so do not forget what our immortal James Dean said: 'It is important to die young, but as late as possible!'. I will explore many unorthodox ways, ranging from gut microbiota manipulation to ancient Ayurveda ritual, trying to combine them in an ample resource, from which you can get and apply whatever is better for you at the present moment.
