Wow, i cannot believe that three weeks are already gone in self-isolation. I am finding myself busy, adding lot of activities to my schedule. Today i did a guitar session, half an hour of Spanish lessons, bit of work of my Diabetes course and 2 trainings for work (incontinence and pressure ulcers, exciting, isn't it? and sadly the second course got a bug so i have 100% completed but it is not showing it so i cannot print the certificate, even if i re-did it second time just to check). My kind of luck. I was also cooking, watching a Robert Pattinson movie (Remember me), i had a half an hour session of yoga and a strength training. Not i am finally relaxing, writing a bit on my blogs and maybe playing a game or two. I had also update my excel files related to the financial independence project and soon i will start to work on my book format (yeah, the one about gut microbiota) and i will try to make it short and easy to read, like a Sunday afternoon lecture.
I think i will make some offers for all my books soon, with some free e-books and some heavily discounted. I will put the links in here as soon as i will launch the discounted offers.
Day 2 of FMD (fast mimicking diet) and it is actually easier than i thought, as i do not crave much and i don't need snacks. Also, I have only 3 days left before i return to my normal diet, and i hope to get rid of some of my abdominal fat. I forgot to check my body fat percentage this time, but i will to it next month, when i will try to do it again. Actually, i check it now, it is 20 percent. I estimated that i put almost 2 extra kg before i started this, in my last 3 weeks at home, even as i am training 4 times a week. I am still trying methods to support the theory that what we need now it is not a magic bullet (a way to heal after getting infected with Covid19, but a magic shield (strengthening the immunity to work better to prevent infection or make it through with minimal damage).
At the moment we have 1,593,515 cases globally, with 450,309 closed cases (out if which 95,047 (21%) deaths). I noticed 1% less for total deaths percentage, so it is decreasing today . In UK we got 65,077 cases and 7,978 deaths. In my town there are still 139 confirmed cases.
