The Solana token “Trump Digital GOLD” briefly surged to ~$60–66M market cap after promotion on the Real Trump Coins X account, then crashed ~99% to ~$0.6–1M within minutes.
On‑chain data showed ~82% of supply concentrated in insider wallets; 15 addresses sold ~224.5M GOLD for ~3,178 SOL (~$330K profit).
Real Trump Coins denied launching/authorizing GOLD and blamed “third‑party bad actors,” saying it’s working with authorities.

Polygon discloses patched security flaws:
Polygon revealed several previously private vulnerabilities in its Bor and Heimdall clients (DoS risks, validator resource exhaustion, checkpoint/milestone issues) that were fixed via the Austin and Kyoto hard forks.
No exploits were observed on mainnet, nodes must run Bor v2.10.0 and Heimdall v0.11.0 to stay in consensus.

Clarity Act delayed to September; banks build anyway:
U.S. banks are already issuing tokenized deposits and testing onchain settlement (JPMorgan’s Kinexys/JPMD, Citi Token Services, 17 firms targeting onchain clearing via The Clearing House by 2027, Cari Network now >30 banks).
The big question is interoperability between private networks, not whether deposits go onchain.
